We’ve closed on our lot–which means we now own a 0.56 acre property–it’s 150′ x 160′.
There are a lot of steps now in front of us, but that hurdle is complete.
Our property is in the county and we’ve got a meeting scheduled with the village who we want to be annexed into–so we can use city services. We’re a little particular and we really want water and sewer accessible from our property. (Fussy, I know.)
